Account deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data including mood entries, journal entries, progress data, and personal settings will be permanently removed from all our systems.

Delete your account directly from the WAKHAL app

Open WAKHAL App

Launch the WAKHAL app on your device and ensure you're logged in

Go to Profile Settings

Tap "Profile" tab (bottom right) → Tap "Settings" (gear icon)

Access Account Settings

Scroll down and tap "Account" to access account management options

Delete Account

Select "Delete Account" and follow the confirmation steps. Your account will be deleted immediately.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account

When you delete your WAKHAL account, the following actions occur:

  • All personal information permanently deleted from active systems
  • All mood entries, journal entries, and assessment results removed
  • Your user profile completely deleted
  • Email address and authentication information removed from database

Data Retention Policy

As outlined in our Privacy Policy, we may retain minimal information for a limited time after account deletion for:

  • Legal compliance and regulatory requirements
  • Preventing fraud and abuse
  • Addressing disputes or enforcing our agreements

Important Note

Any retained data is minimal, not used for operational purposes, and all personally identifiable information is removed or anonymized.
