WAKHAL provides complete control over your personal data. This page explains how you can delete your data and account using different methods.
Primary Method: Data deletion can be performed instantly within the WAKHAL app. For additional assistance, you can contact our support team via email.
Delete mood entries by time period (7, 15, 30+ days) or all mood history instantly
Delete journal entries by time period (7, 15, 30+ days) or all journal history instantly
Remove completed mental wellbeing assessment results (GAD-7, PHQ-9, ADHD)
Delete everything: moods, journals, assessments, achievements, and progress
Permanently delete your account and all associated data from all systems
Open WAKHAL app → Tap "Profile" tab → Tap "Settings" (gear icon)
Scroll down and find data management options in your settings
Select what to delete:
Confirm your choice - data is deleted IMMEDIATELY from both local device and cloud storage
Navigate to Profile tab → Settings → Account section
Scroll to bottom and tap "Delete Account"
Confirm deletion - your account and ALL data is removed IMMEDIATELY from all systems

Our team will process your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe
⚠️ Important: Data deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Once deleted, your information cannot be recovered. The in-app deletion is instant, while email requests may take longer for our team to process.
