The WAKHAL app is provided free of charge to all users. No subscription or payment is required to download or use the core features of the app. Since there are no charges for using the app, there are no refunds applicable for app usage.
Donations made to WAKHAL are voluntary contributions to support our ongoing mission of providing free mental wellbeing resources. Donations are not payments for goods or services and do not entitle donors to any special features or functionalities within the app.
One-time donations are generally non-refundable as they are immediately allocated toward operational costs, development, and maintenance of the WAKHAL app. However, if you believe an error has occurred with your donation, please contact us at wakhal@kangleicode.in within 7 days of the donation date.
If you have set up a recurring donation, you may cancel it at any time by:
There are no penalties or fees for canceling a recurring donation. Once canceled, no further charges will be made to your payment method. Please note that cancellation of recurring donations does not entitle you to a refund for donations already processed.

All donations and transactions are processed through secure third-party payment processors, which may include but are not limited to Razorpay, PayPal, Ko-fi, and Buy Me a Coffee.
